We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Cluster Manager to lead three new community sports hubs in Leeds: Woodhall (opening September), Green Park (Summer 2027), and Holbeck (late 2027). This unique opportunity involves overseeing the launch and continued success of state‑of‑the‑art facilities focused on sport, health, and wellbeing. Salary £45,000 to £47,000 depending on relevant skills and experience. Hours: Full‑time, permanent contract (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, lead, and manage a dynamic team of General Managers to deliver high‑quality facilities across three hubs.
  • Initially based at Woodhall Sports Hub in Calverley, expanding to mobilise Green Park in Temple Newsam ahead of opening in Summer 2027, followed by Holbeck in Winter 2027.
  • Take full responsibility for the organisation, operations, and delivery of services across the three sites, including staff performance, customer service, bookings, administration, financial management, and maintaining high facility standards.
  • Ensure the successful mobilisation and launch of each hub.
  • Drive community engagement and participation across all sites.
  • Develop partnerships with local organisations, clubs, and stakeholders.
  • Deliver against key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and inclusivity.
