Lead Fitness Instructor
We are currently seeking a Lead Fitness Instructor to join our Active Together team in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8PA.
Position Details:
- Salary: £38,000 per annum
- Hours: Full Time
- Contract: 12-month Fixed term contract (Maternity cover)

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Active Together, the Lead Fitness Instructor will establish and deliver the physical activity component of the programme. Responsibilities include training and managing a team of Fitness Instructors, supporting and advising on fitness activities/services, and developing rehabilitation services for adults with cancer. The role requires collaboration to deliver an inclusive, multidisciplinary, and customer-focused service.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must have a CIMSPA endorsed Level 4 Qualification in Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation and experience delivering safe, effective exercise classes and individual programmes to people living with cancer.
