About the Role
You will deliver two weekly Ever Active classes every Wednesday. Each session lasts approximately one hour and focuses on:
- Gentle movement to support mobility, strength and balance
- Mostly seated, low‑intensity exercises
- Creating a warm, sociable and inclusive environment for older adults
A small amount of admin is required, including recording attendance and communicating any issues or updates.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified at Level 3 Older Adults (or equivalent)
- Passionate about supporting older people to stay active and connected
- Able to create welcoming, confidence‑building sessions
- Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
- Friendly and clear in their communication
