Spalding BID (Business Improvement District) is seeking a talented individual to lead the delivery of our business plan and develop the company. If you have entrepreneurial flair, highly developed interpersonal skills and enjoy forging strong relationships with a range of partners, then this could be an incredible opportunity for you.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone used to working with a small team, developing marketing campaigns and events, and providing operational services such as safe and welcome services while ensuring tangible results for Spalding Town Centre businesses and stakeholders. You will also be an ambassador for Spalding and its businesses and should be comfortable with a public profile.
The position reports regularly to a voluntary Board of Directors. With good commercial acumen and communication skills, ideally, you would have experience working with both the private and public sectors. Most importantly, you will bring fresh and exciting ideas to support the economy and BID businesses.
