This appointment is responsible for delivering, monitoring and assuring safe training in accordance with the CMS FS Course Training Plan (CTP) and Soldier Academy policy. The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Assurance of ATM processes and delivery of continuous development of ATR(G) Army Reserve instructors.
  • Training validation advisor to the ATR(G) Chain of Command and subordinates.
  • Assure training delivery in accordance with JSP 822 and relevant ACSOs.
  • Maintain professional standards and efficient delivery of Basic Training to Army Reserve recruits.
  • Deliver outputs to a high standard, in accordance with training policy and doctrine.
  • Champion of the Army Leadership Code.
  • Oversee delivery of health and safety process in the workplace.
