Recruiting tomorrow's Army today. Be the best to support the best! Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as Recruiter in Chelmsford. You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback. This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, across Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
  • IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment would be an advantage
  • A full UK drivers licence would be an advantage

  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers

  • Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
