Contract: Pro rata for part‑time roles

About the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to think commercially and work autonomously, and excellent communication skills to manage cross‑functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes. This is an exciting role that joins the organisation during a time of change. The role will be varied and an appetite to “get stuck in” will be needed.

You’ll be:

  • An experienced project manager who is able to, and enjoys, working autonomously.
  • Commercially motivated with the ability to take business development ideas and turn them into practical solutions.
  • Able to build effective and open working relationships with colleagues across the organization.
  • Experienced in strategic planning.
  • Have strong transferable experience but may be from a range of backgrounds – retail, healthcare, commercial.
  • Motivated by driving through projects, being accountable for change, and seeing tangible results.
