Southern Hospice Group in Worthing is seeking a Lead Gardener to shape and maintain welcoming outdoor spaces across its sites, from propagation in the polytunnel to kitchen gardens, wildflower meadows, woodland walks, wildlife ponds and expansive green spaces.
You will lead garden staff and volunteers, plan workloads, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with the Grounds Manager to deliver high‑quality, well‑organised horticultural outcomes while supporting gardening staff.
