Job Summary

About the role: The People Team are the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing a proactive, professional service and advice across the organisation. As an HR Advisor you’ll be working as part of a great team to shape how we manage people and the employment experience across the Group. Driving legally compliant and best practice, ensuring processes are managed within the organisation’s procedures and policies, and with alignment with the organisation’s values, behaviours and culture. You’ll be working on a range of people matters including employee relations, health.
