Southern Hospice Group and Chestnut Tree House (CTH) are recruiting to grow our team of clinical nurse specialists in Children’s Palliative Care to support the mobilisation and delivery of the COAST service across Sussex.
The neonatal CNS role delivers compassionate, family-centred care from birth, working with a multi-disciplinary team across home, hospice, community and hospital settings to improve continuity of care and reduce avoidable admissions.
