Chestnut Tree House is looking for a Pre-admissions Nurse to provide person-centred assessments for babies, children and young people referred to the hospice. You will ensure admissions are safe, appropriate and well planned, aligning with the needs of children, young people and families.
You will coordinate holistic pre-admission assessments, communicate with families, and work within a supportive children’s hospice environment in Arundel.
