We are recruiting for an Ungulate Keeper to join our Ungulate team on a fixed term basis until 04 October 2026. Applicants must be hard-working, conscientious, able to work as part of a team and always looking to pursue high standards of welfare and husbandry, as well as visitor experience. They will have knowledge and experience of working with safe working protocols and must be able to follow instructions well. Along with good interpersonal/communication skills and being able to work efficiently and independently as well as within the team. We expect the successful individual to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Join the Ungulate team on a fixed term basis until 04 October 2026.
- Maintain high standards of welfare, husbandry, and visitor experience.
- Follow safe working protocols and instructions; work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Qualifications and Requirements
- An animal-based qualification or equivalent experience.
- Physically fit for a demanding role.
- Full driving licence (not just automatic).
- Experience driving tractors and off-road vehicles would be advantageous.
- Own transport is essential due to the park location.
