West Midlands Safari Park in Worcestershire is seeking a Head of Park Operations to lead the day-to-day, ensuring safe, efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
The role spans wildlife and guest-facing operations, engineering, grounds, health & safety, and regulatory compliance, with strategic influence across departments.
The post holder will be part of the senior Leadership Team and may deputise for the Managing Director as required, reporting to the Director of Operations.
