Set within 160 acres of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, Cotswold Wildlife Park is one of the UK’s largest zoological collections holding around 260 species across all taxa. We are looking for an experienced Keeper to work in a diverse animal section covering Primates, Birds and Small Mammals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily husbandry and work closely with the Section Head and team.
- Plan and carry out research projects, nutritional studies, enrichment and all relevant aspects of progressive animal collection care.
- Participate in the presentation of educational talks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a wide variety of species, including incubation and bird rearing.
- Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, able to lead and work as part of a team.
- Relevant animal management qualification and a full driving licence desirable.
