About The Role

The Arundel Wetland centre is looking for a proactive and hardworking individual to join the learning team. You will provide boat tours around the wetland safari, giving a commentary about the wildlife and habitat. Other duties will include responding to customer enquiries in a positive manner and maintaining the cleanliness of the boats and jetty areas. This is a casual position where hours are offered on an ad hoc basis. Candidates will need to be willing to work some weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • excellent customer care and communication skills
  • knowledge of British wildlife and wetland habitats
  • the ability to follow and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
