Role duties and accountabilities:
- Support SOP cycles from a commercial perspective, ensuring timely visibility of Key Performance Indicators across marketing investments, CAPEX, and financial guardrails.
- Drive pricing and excise strategy alignment across the DRBU, ensuring consistency with EM and global guidelines.
- Develop and implement resource allocation principles across categories, optimizing investments to deliver business targets.
- Partner with Growth Capabilities teams to embed new concepts into business‑as‑usual resource allocation processes.
- Lead CAPEX planning and prioritization, including review of investment proposals and business cases for regional approval.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
- Collaborate with regional, global, and market partners to support decision‑making and effective strategy implementation.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and strong delivery.
Experience:
- Strong experience in commercial finance, financial planning, or business partnering roles.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and senior partners in a complex environment.
- Experience in budgeting, investment analysis, and financial governance processes.
- Exposure to business case development and evaluation.
- Proven experience in team management or leadership.
