We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Global NPI team. The primary focus of this role is to provide Global reports & dashboards, insightful analysis, and support to drive business performance across our diverse organisation. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding Excel, Alteryx, and data manipulation skills, with proficiency in Power BI being highly desirable.
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Handle ambiguity data and provide the Global reports and dashboards to support management team to understand the data to make critical business decisions. Act as single point of contact between the region and the Global Reporting Team. Support the digital transformation agenda implementation (Power BI, HIVE, etc).
In this role, you’ll pull data from various places, organize, and analyse it while looking for trends, inconsistencies including projection, predictive analysis, and ways to improve the business. You’ll use business intelligence (BI) tools and software to create reports and data visualizations to help communicate the data in a way that everyone can understand.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
Global NPI covers 200+ markets 3 Commercial Regions, a diverse range of cultures and volatile operating environments in Europe and Americas.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools, sharing and communicating data through reports and presentations to the management team within NPI and across functions.
- Support data management and analysis through NPI community, act as a focal point for consolidation of internal (NPI) and external (cross functional) information.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of NPI performance metrics and other information to key forums (. GS&I, SNOLT, etc) for analysis and effective decision making at Global, Regional, DBRU and Local levels.
- Consolidate and generate insights into management practices that improve quality of reporting and lead to better decision making or result in significant business benefits.
- Maintain effective working relationships with a variety of partners across all levels (. Marketing, Product and Operations) to collaborate, align objectives, metrics, and plans, and ensure the effectiveness of the innovation and cycle plan metrics.
- Where applicable, Implement KPI dashboards to report defined service agreements, including detailed root cause analysis and action plans to improvement performances where necessary.
- Establish effective working collaborations with other managers in the NPI community to promote a common and integrated way of working for reporting and analysis.
- Produce the required collateral to ensure effective engagement for the NPI community with all required functions, geographies at all levels within the organisation.
- Enable decision making with the appropriate analysis, whilst managing the related complexity and pressure within the innovation environment.

Experience Required
- Experience as data analyst or performance analyst or related analysis role and have a clear understanding on the governing principles.
- Proficiency in Alteryx, Power BI (and/or similar data visualization tools), PowerPoint and Excel are highly desirable.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, logical process-driven thinking and decision making with attention to detail.
- Ability to deconstruct complex data issues and convey them in a business relevant format to key business partners and forums with simple and clear messages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly, with the ability to influence key partners at a variety of levels.
- Strong foundation on Digital Skills, enabling optimisation and automation.
- Highly numerate/analytical.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and results-driven with a strong desire to contribute to business success.

Education / Qualifications/ Certifications Required
- University degree (Data scient/analyst related major could be an advantage)
