Come, join us on this journey!British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Activation Executivein Chiswick, London The Retail Activation Executive supports the development and execution of consumer-centric activation plans across multiple channels and stages of the consumer journey.
Working closely with the Marketing Deployment Manager, this role ensures timely, efficient, and impactful delivery of campaigns that drive consumer engagement and brand growth.
Your key responsibilities will include: Adapt global CX and brand toolkits to local market requirements.
Execute shopper activation campaigns across POS and omnichannel touchpoints to drive traffic, trial, and sales.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful consumer experiences across all channels.
Coordinate the rollout of visibility, awareness, and promotional initiatives, including POS materials and communication assets.
Manage agency relationships to deliver campaign assets on time and support content creation and adaptation.
Track activation performance, consumer engagement, and campaign impact, providing actionable insights.
Monitor activation plans to ensure on-time, in-full execution, proactively managing risks and compliance requirements.
Oversee budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and collaborate with Trade, CX, Category, Legal, and Cora teams to ensure seamless execution.
Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for? 2+ years of experience in marketing execution, consumer experience, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including consumer journeys, strategy, and activation touchpoints.
Commercially minded and consumer-centric, with a focus on delivering business impact.
Excellent project coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, performance reporting, and campaign optimization.
Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable managing budgets, spreadsheets, and financial tracking.
Positive, proactive attitude with the confidence to challenge the status quo constructively.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; creativity, storytelling skills, and basic design knowledge are advantageous.
