Key Objectives and Expectations:
- Work as an integral part of the Regional NC deployment; assist and deploy the Global Consumer Activation Plans and relevant programmes in AME for Breakthrough and Strategic Projects.
- Understand the needs of DRBUs and EMs to contribute to the global creation of comprehensive 360-degree consumer experience plans, strategic templates, and activations that maximise commercial opportunities.
- Lead regional marketing initiatives and activation plans, ensuring that global strategies are tailored for regional relevance.
- Deliver a consistent brand experience at every consumer touchpoint, encouraging users to share their positive experiences and become loyal supporters of the brand.
- Support and frequently lead the execution and dissemination of Integrated Consumer Experience planning processes and cycle plans from key Markets or DRBUs.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in CPG, brand-led, and lifestyle organizations, with strong exposure to above-market environments.
- Expertise in content, brand, and campaign planning, with a solid understanding of Creative Agency workflows.
- Experience activating content and assets across multiple consumer touchpoints.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with resilience and the ability to deliver end-to-end projects in fast-paced environments.
- Adaptable and collaborative, with proven experience managing change, navigating ambiguity, and solving problems in agile ways of working.
- Proficient in agile tools and methodologies, including Kanban, backlog management, Monday.
