British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a CRO & Platform Executive in Chiswick, London. We are seeking a CRO / Platform Executive to join our dynamic Western Europe Digital & Omnichannel team. Working in the Western Europe Area Consumer Experience Digital & Omnichannel team, your responsibility will include supporting the day-to-day management of the CRO & Platform activity across Western Europe Markets.
Together with the CRO and Platform Manager, within RACI framework, you will be supporting:
- Support CRO direction, approach and testing routine across countries and websites in Western Europe.
- Ensure alignment with E-commerce Platforms and other EM teams.
- Support in reshaping the overall Look and feel of main website aiming to offer a high level consumer experience.
The ideal candidate will be open-minded and eager to learn cross-team capabilities, commercially attuned, and passionate about digital innovation, UI/UX design & performance analytics.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Staying ahead of trends and opportunities to build capabilities & drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of the Brand and Business agenda and objectives.
- Support CRO Manager and Platform Manager, within RACI framework, to support strategic analysis of BAT’s business environment, including customer needs, competitive realities to identify emerging trends, unique market opportunities, and internal capabilities that will elevate the Brand’s business in the Digital and eCommerce environment.
- Audit / analyze the Consumer journey to determine the opportunities and difficulties, to help ensure brand platforms facilitate the target consumer to have the smoothest connection from landing, browsing, registration, check-out and support/services, device agnostic.
- Enable an easy and premium consumer experience with clear action for consumers.
- Support to deliver CRO and Platform Projects towards the achievement of the defined and/or optimized strategic plans.
- Work with the Brand teams to demonstrate how Platform experience can be used to improve the performance of Brand activity on the website and contribute to the overall Omnichannel KPIs.
- Work with End Market teams to design CRO programs that are relevant for End Market’s consumers, and in line with end market regulatory compliance.
- Work with Agency Partners to validate and approve tests and report KPIs back to business.
- Support in the Omnichannel platform management across WED.
- Support in user experience enhancement.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work and fire protection, and internal EHS or Sustainability standards and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word and familiar with industry MarTech stack.
- Hands-on experience in Digital & eCommerce front-end platforms such as Adobe suites (AA, AEM, AM, AT, ADAM, Magento, etc), Google suites such as Google Analytics, Google Optimise, and other CRO tools such as VWO, Optimizely.
- Commercial acumen to link Omnichannel Marketing & Digital Commerce to the Category business.
- Passionate about all things Omnichannel Marketing.
- High energy, team player and innovative thinker committed to building key relationships across the business to positively influence business results through digital.
- Skills in data understanding to optimize for performances and data-driven mentality.
