Overview
BAT UK is looking for a Global Graduate in Human Resources with a focus on Talent, Organizational Effectiveness and Inclusion. It’s an 18-month fast-track development programme to a management role for high potential graduates and young professionals. The aim is to raise future leaders of the BAT Human Resources Team. The Graduate Programme in HR helps you develop exceptional skills in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Performance & Learning, or Organizational Effectiveness to achieve outstanding business results.

- Location: London, United Kingdom
- Reports to: Various managers during rotations, 1 mentor throughout the programme
- Reporting Level: Manages self – no direct reports
- Geographic Scope: Western Europe

- Have a university degree (HR/Business Administration/Psychology or similar, within 3 years from graduation) and meaningful work experience in HR
