British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Management – Distribution in London Chiswick. Manage execution and support on all visibility initiatives within the Independent retail channel. Reports to Visibility Manager. Core Relationships Internal – Field Force, Consumer Engagement, LEX, Finance SP&I, Activation. External – External vendors. Geographic Scope Local. Travel.
Responsibilities
- Follow and execute all visibility plans and activities within the Independent channel as per set timeline from the business
- Coordinate between local partners to achieve the best outcome for the company
- Support on the execution of local marketing activities in Independent retail while managing projects and deployment on time and within budget
- Monitors external agencies to ensure day-to-day activities with required quality and agreed cost & timelines
- Conduct regular field checks and follow ups to ensure all internal and local marketing principles are being followed
- Support communication between local marketing, trade and external vendors to ensure all criteria and conditions are met for the deployment of the activities prior to launch
- Provides ongoing coaching and feedback and shares the relevant expertise with Marketing and Sales team
- Proactive and independent mindset
