ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The Consumer Experience Strategy & Planning Manager is responsible for the delivery of marketing communication strategy & communication cycle plans in line with brand growth priorities across categories and end markets. Responsibilities will also include:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to communication plan development & omnichannel mono/ multicategory guidelines across touchpoints.
- Ensuring the delivery of toolkit OTIF, in line with set strategy and priorities.
- Developing & supervising campaign critical path scheduling.
- Executing the adaptation of global CCG’s & delivering touchpoint packages by cycle and by market for a specific / all categories.
- Leading Campaign development (for local needs not catered in Global CCGs).
- Ensuring key branded content delivery (retail screen, 121 assets/ message, etc) OTIF meeting local needs & trade priorities.
- Closely collaborating with the EM Consumer Experience & Trade team, Area Insights & Category team.
- Actively monitoring campaign KPIs delivery, implementing Consumer Insights in order to increase efficiency.
- Actively managing relationships with external Agencies.
- Supervising spending & managing budgets.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working with Brands / CX EM Experience in FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs & journey, strategy & activation touchpoints.
- Resilience and adaptability, with an ability to work in a fast-paced highly regulated environment.
- Previous line management experience.
- Effective stakeholder management – working with and managing multiple stakeholders (internal and external agencies).
- A commercially orientated and consumer centric mindset.
- Strong project management skills, with multiple markets in scope. Ability to maintain focus on several projects at the same time and effective planning skills.
