This role leads financial planning and governance processes across the area, ensuring robust decision‑making on pricing, resource allocation, and CAPEX investments. It drives alignment between strategic priorities and financial outcomes through effective SOP cycles and business case evaluations. The role also includes leading and developing a team, while delivering strong financial insights and influencing ways of working and business direction.

Responsibilities

  • Support SOP cycles from a commercial perspective, ensuring timely visibility of Key Performance Indicators across marketing investments, CAPEX, and financial guardrails.
  • Drive pricing and excise strategy alignment across the DRBU, ensuring consistency with EM and global guidelines.
  • Develop and implement resource allocation principles across categories, optimizing investments to deliver business targets.
  • Partner with Growth Capabilities teams to embed new concepts into business‑as‑usual resource allocation processes.
  • Lead CAPEX planning and prioritization, including review of investment proposals and business cases for regional approval.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional, global, and market partners to support decision‑making and effective strategy implementation.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and strong delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in commercial finance, financial planning, or business partnering roles.
  • Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and senior partners in a complex environment.
  • Experience in budgeting, investment analysis, and financial governance processes.
  • Exposure to business case development and evaluation.
  • Proven experience in team management or leadership.
