The Area Commercial Finance Manager - Revenue is responsible for overall pricing and revenue management within WE. The jobholder's responsibility is to oversee sustainable pricing across different markets and categories. The jobholder acts as a trusted business advisor to challenge and support the business to improve overall performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for pressure testing pricing and excise strategies across WE.
  • Critical analysis of sustainable pricing in Traditional business and supporting the business to drive pricing rhythm in New Categories.
  • Support area Strategic PETM forums.
  • Ensure pricing and excise governance across WE.
  • Be a trusted partner and bridge between regional and area finance.

What are we looking for?

  • Finance professional or MBA with extensive experience within an FMCG organization or in Consulting.
  • Should have already performed roles such as management accountant, financial accountant, or finance business partner.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing people and stakeholder management.
  • Solid commercial approach and understanding of FMCG companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, strategy, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to provide financial insights regarding marketing strategies.
  • Experience in setting and tracking financial and marketing KPIs.
  • Experience with company planning processes.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, persuasive, and creative, with the ability to challenge existing ideas and introduce new ones.
  • Able to manage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Professional finance qualification (e.g., CIMA) would be an advantage.
