An international family is seeking an exceptional and experienced full-time nanny/proxy parent for a 5-year-old child. The role will be based in London during term-time, with all holidays spent either in the Bahamas or elsewhere. A rough schedule is therefore likely to be:
- Term time: Live-in proxy-parenting during the week (the principal is open to either 4 or 5 days/nights), with full-charge care required during this period. Ideally, the candidate would then live-out over a 2- or 3-day weekend.
- Holidays: More standard Monday through Friday support, with some occasional help needed over weekends, but with much more flexible hours and no overnight care required (unless babysitting).
An asap start is preferred and the candidate will travel to the Bahamas with the family in early July.
