ZI368 - Full-Time Private Chef - London

Overview

Seeking a brilliant full-time private chef for a busy principal in Knightsbridge, London. The preferred schedule is Monday through Saturday, 7am-7pm, although there could be occasional later finishes depending on the client\’s commitments. The principal does not expect the chef to stay at the home between meals necessarily, and is open to splitting the 6 days between two chefs (subject to experience and availability). The chef(s) will ideally start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Breakfast is served at 8am, lunch at 12.30pm and dinner at 7pm
• A focus on fresh Indian, Thai, Asian and continental cuisines
• All provisioning and inventory, online ordering and visiting markets/local providers
• Menu planning
• Breakdown and general clear up, and maintaining a hygienic environment

Requirements

• Familiarity with the aforementioned cuisines, so Asian, Indian, and Mediterranean
• Considerable experience working as a private chef
• Discreet and calm personality, able to slot seamlessly into a high net worth environment
• Flexible and with a positive approach to the role
• Team player with a pitch-in attitude
• Legally able to work in the UK
