Overview
A lovely Canary Wharf-based family seeks a part-time, live-out housekeeper for an ASAP start. Ideally they would like someone to come in 2 or 3 days per week for a total of 8-10hrs, split accordingly.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be caring for a 3-bed, 3.5-bath apartment. Standards are high and attention to detail and impeccable service will be expected. Responsibilities will ideally include:
- Cleaning of all rooms in the home, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping etc
- Silver, brass, wood, antique care
- Regular deep cleaning
- Keeping the kitchen organised and immaculate
- Keeping an eye on pantry stock levels, cleaning supplies etc
- General tidying and organising
- Laundry and ironing for the family (parents and a baby), including care of fine fabric
- Organising and maintaining wardrobes
- Arranging cut flowers and care of household plants
- Setting the table
- Serving guests refreshments
- Regular changing of bedlinen
- Online ordering and grocery shopping
- Running errands
- Travel preparation and assisting with packing and unpacking
- Accepting deliveries
- Booking appointments, making reservations for trips, events etc
- Assisting with meal prep when required (salads or vegetable prep, warming up meals)
- Some childcare if interested
Requirements
The family is keen to find someone discreet and loyal, who pays attention to detail and who will care for the home as their own. The successful candidate should:

- Be happy to work alongside Mum, who will be working from home for most of the time
