Overview
Urgently seeking a temporary chef for a family of 5 in Chelsea, London. The role will start Monday 26th October and will last until the end of the week, with a probable schedule of 11am-8pm daily.
Responsibilities
- Preparing lunch and dinner for 2 adults and 3 children
- Preparing some breakfasts in advance
- Helping with general cleaning and tidying in the kitchen
- Working effectively and supportively alongside the housekeepers
- Preparing a menu plan for the week
- Some provisioning where necessary
Requirements
- Familiar with international cuisines, particularly Mediterranean, French, Japanese including sushi
- High standards of flavour, presentation and execution.
- Comfortable preparing fresh, seasonal, healthy and nutritionally balanced cooking from scratch. Low sugar, low carb, no processed food preferred
- Collaborative, friendly and supportive personality, with a pitch-in approach
- Professional and smart personal presentation
- Must be comfortable around dogs and cats
