Overview

A prominent UHNW family is seeking 4 live-out housekeepers to join their existing team.

There are three daily shifts, one from 6.30am-3.30pm, 9am-6pm and the other from 11.30pm-8.30pm (with an hour's unpaid break provided).

Candidates will work a variety of shifts, 5 days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain immaculate cleanliness throughout the residence, which includes 4 bedrooms, gym, pool over 6 floors.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation and deep cleaning.
  • Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and amenities.
  • Laundry, ironing, steaming, wardrobe organisation and garment care.
  • Maintain pantry, kitchen support and household organisation.
  • Prepare guest rooms and assist during entertaining or when extended family stay (infrequently).
  • Care for marble, wood, antiques, crystal and luxury finishes.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and household consumables.
  • Follow health & safety procedures and maintain confidentiality.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider household team.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekend hours, is required.
  • Experience in UHNW private households or five-star hotels preferred.
  • A real sense of pride in a job well done, consistently ensuring elevated standards and a pristine, organised and welcoming environment.
  • Organised, proactive, and highly detail-oriented personality with a meticulous approach.
  • Accustomed to working in a family environment with children.
  • Comfortable meeting very high standards around cleanliness, laundry care, and household order.
  • Naturally organised and comfortable implementing systems.
  • Warm, respectful, and calm.
  • Professional, discreet and reliable.
  • Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese advantageous.
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, under the direction of a House Manager.
