Join our innovative Digital team at British Airways as a Tribe Delivery Lead – Platform, a pivotal leadership position where you\’ll be accountable for the successful delivery and performance of our platform tribe. You will partner with Technology and Business Leads to drive robust delivery strategies that ensure technical excellence, scalability, and innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the strategic delivery of platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and the broader product roadmap.
  • Champion technical excellence and a product-driven mindset across squads, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through sprint metrics, capability development, and delivery model optimisation.
  • Be the voice of delivery, ensuring clarity, alignment, and consistent communication across the organisation.
  • Advocate for emerging technologies and practices to future-proof our platforms.
  • Monitor delivery metrics and tribe health, using data to guide performance improvements and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience with B2C eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and optimisation frameworks.
  • Background in technical delivery with a strong grasp of software development, architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Airline and operational knowledge (ideal but not essential).
