The Role

As a Transformation Strategy and Innovation Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of this journey, turning bold ideas into real change across the airline.
What You’ll Do
- Work with leaders across BA to shape the future of our transformation, using data and insight to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead diagnostic work into strategic problems, using tools like data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder input to understand what’s really going on and then drive the decision on the solution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to design new initiatives, set clear goals, and support early planning and governance.
- Keep in touch with delivery teams to ensure solutions stay focused on the original challenge, with meaningful KPIs in place from the start.
- Bring new ideas and thinking into BA, from across IAG and beyond and set them on the pathway to implementation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate updates clearly through reports and presentations.

Your Experience
- Experience in strategic change and/or innovation and execution is essential.
- Background in a top-tier management consultancy or equivalent role.
- Track record of using insight and stakeholder engagement to support transformation.
- Familiarity with innovation techniques, delivery governance, and KPI design.
- Experience in leveraging AI to improve productivity.
- A degree is helpful but not essential if you bring the right experience.
