The Role
Are you passionate about driving impactful HR strategies and fostering a positive organisational culture? We’re looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our People team and play a key role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you’ll lead the relationship between the People function and senior leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering initiatives that create a productive and thriving workplace. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our organisation by implementing HR strategies that support business success.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver a strategic people plan for your business area
- Drive organisational change, talent management, and key people initiatives
- Analyse business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Deliver impactful HR solutions that support up to 10,000 colleagues
- Resilient, collaborative, and influential professionals with a passion for learning.
- Expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, and organisational change management.
- Essential experience in generalist HR roles and IR, with CIPD preferred.
