Senior Product Designer

Join our innovative commercial team at British Airways as a Senior Product Designer on ba.com, our global storefront and service hub for millions of travellers. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting human-centred digital experiences that embody our iconic brand and resonate with millions of travellers worldwide. You’ll help shape user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our future ambitions and meeting our customers ever-changing needs

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Champion high design standards across multiple product teams and external partners.
  • Mentor junior designers and shape our design culture.
  • Craft and evolve user journeys, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that reflect best-in-class UX.
  • Leverage research, testing, and design thinking methodologies to refine concepts early and often.
  • Ensure cohesion and consistency across our products by contributing to design systems and shared patterns.
