What you’ll do

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across multiple business areas
  • Oversee accruals and ensure robust financial reporting during month-end cycles
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support key decisions
  • Analyse performance and uncover opportunities to improve profitability
  • Deliver scenario planning and modelling to support strategic initiatives
  • Partner with Finance Business Partners to provide insightful month-end commentary
  • Support business case development and challenge assumptions with confidence
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, championing automation and efficiency
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them grow their careers

Your experience

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Solid experience in FP&A or financial planning roles
  • Strong understanding of forecasting cycles and business performance drivers
  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of IFRS/accounting standards
  • Experience with tools such as SAP, Anaplan, or Power BI
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
