The Role: Production Manager- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Join our Brand and Customer Experience team at British Airways as a Production Manager, where you\âll help bring our creative visions to life through dynamic film, photoshoot, and voiceover productions. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth, efficient, and safe delivery of high-impact content, directly supporting our brandâs storytelling across multiple channels.
What Youâll Do
- Coordinate end-to-end content production, from scheduling to post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align on production goals, logistics, and timelines.
- Forecast and manage resources across crew, talent, and equipment, while ensuring all activity remains cost-effective.
- Lead pre-production meetings, safety briefings, and on-set coordination, maintaining high standards for safety and professionalism.
- Support the colleague-casting process, manage our global casting database, and help run engaging quarterly casting roadshows.
- Maintain production equipment and oversee adherence to safety and legal compliance.
- Ensure all assets meet our brand and content guidelines, applying robust quality control practices in partnership with the creative team.

- Confident working with external suppliers, freelance talent, and cross-functional internal teams.
