This role is for Permanent and Fixed‑Term Contract Opportunities. This is a full‑time position only. Are you passionate about people? Do you want to support, recognise and develop others around you? Our people are at the heart of what we do, this is a unique, exciting opportunity within the Heathrow Support Team to immerse yourself in people support activities to equip our colleagues to excel. We have five teams within HST: Absence, Compliance, Pass Management, Policy, Right to Request and Recruitment.
What you’ll bring to British Airways: We are looking for colleagues that enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, are comfortable working to tight timescales and show resilience with the ability to manage varying tasks, as well as being confident using Excel and other Microsoft platforms. In this role you must also be able to deliver difficult and sensitive messages with compassion whilst adhering to relevant corporate policies and procedures. If you are comfortable with no two days being the same, excited by the fast‑paced buzz of the operation and driven by making things better for people, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your experience: We are looking for people with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be emotionally resilient, an effective listener and empathetic. Prioritisation and organisation are key skills needed. Policy understanding and being able to hold difficult conversations will be required.
