The opportunity

As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will lead our most commercially critical campaigns throughout a busy year of activity. These campaigns are a key driver of revenue, turning competitive holidays into compelling reasons to book. You’ll take the lead in bringing our propositions and offers to life across fully integrated, through the line campaigns, from digital and paid media to CRM and onsite. Working closely with our Commercial teams and British Airways, you’ll ensure our campaigns are built on strong marketing channel and audience strategies, aligned to demand, and optimised to deliver maximum return.

Strong relationship management is crucial in this role. You’ll work closely with colleagues at Holidays and British Airways as well as marketing agencies to deliver these campaigns, representing Holidays’ interests, advocating for our customers, and confidently influencing decisions to ensure the best commercial outcomes. This is a role for someone who thrives on the commercial side of marketing, interpreting data, reacting quickly to market conditions, and continuously refining campaigns to improve performance. You will get real ownership, real visibility, and real impact. You’ll see the direct results of your work in revenue delivered, gain exposure across a major global brand, and play a key role in shaping how Holidays competes in a fast-moving market.

What you’ll be doing
Campaign ownership & delivery
Lead the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, confidently making decisions and only escalating where needed. Own campaigns end-to-end, from setup and execution through to performance analysis and sharing learnings. Continuously optimise live campaigns, making inflight adjustments to improve performance.

Commercial performance & planning
Use customer and commercial insight to shape campaign approaches and influence wider marketing plans. Deliver measurable results, with a clear link between your campaigns and revenue performance. Play a key role in annual campaign planning, ensuring the right channels and resources are in place for success.

Agency management
Work closely with media and creative agencies and external partners to deliver campaigns to a high standard.

Stakeholder & relationship management
Collaborate with teams Commercial, Product, Legal and Digital Marketing teams internally and at British Airways, as well as external partners. Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships and keeping everyone aligned. Represent Holidays in key marketing forums, ensuring alignment with the wider business.

Performance & continuous improvement
Share performance insights, learnings and best practice across the team and wider business. Use data and results to continuously refine and improve campaign effectiveness.

What we need from you
Campaign ownership & delivery
You have experience delivering campaigns end-to-end and are confident taking ownership from initial setup through to execution and performance review.

Project & stakeholder management
You’re a strong project manager who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, keep activity on track, and deliver campaigns smoothly. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships with teams across the business.

Commercial & analytical mindset
You’re confident working with data, able to analyse campaign performance and turn insight into clear actions that improve results. You understand how marketing activity drives revenue and are motivated by delivering measurable outcomes.

Channel knowledge
You bring a strong understanding of digital and CRM channels, and know how to use them effectively within integrated campaigns.

Influence & collaboration
You’re able to influence and challenge constructively, representing your campaigns and working with others to achieve the best commercial outcome.

Hybrid Working
This role will work as part of our Holidays division. Our offices are located in central Crawley and we operate a hybrid working model (UK-based only). Typically, this role involves working from the office two days per week, with additional in-office days as required for meetings or collaboration. Office attendance is coordinated to ensure team members are on-site together, enabling effective in-person collaboration. During the initial training period, new colleagues are usually supported on a full-time, office-based schedule. Once fully trained and confident in the role, you will transition to our hybrid working approach.
