Overview

In this role you will own the delivery, adoption and performance of AI and automation products within a business directorate.

You act as the single accountable owner for the product lifecycle, aligning business needs with data capabilities to deliver strategic value.

You shape the product strategy, roadmaps, and in-life optimisation while collaborating with delivery squads and data teams to scale impact across directorates.

You’ll identify reusable opportunities and share delivery best practices to support a broader AI and automation agenda.

  • Engage stakeholders to understand priorities and drive adoption of AI/automation products
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned to business goals
  • Drive net lifetime value by delivering, quality-assuring, and optimising products
  • Join up use cases across directorates and identify reuse opportunities
  • Track delivery progress, manage milestones and dependencies, and resolve issues
  • Mitigate risks and manage interdependencies across squads and major IT programmes
  • Lead quality assurance across the delivery lifecycle and governance gates
