As a Training Operations Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for the academy, ensuring every learning experience runs seamlessly. This uniformed, shift‐based role includes occasional travel across GLA sites.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming front‐of‐house experience
  • Coordinate day‐to‐day training operations and resolve on‐the‐day issues
  • Induct and support new entrants, creating a positive first impression
  • Prepare and manage learning resources to ensure sessions run smoothly
  • Support delivery through exam invigilation, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Manage communications, including calls and shared inbox queries
  • Maintain records, certifications and systems in line with GDPR requirements
  • Monitor classroom standards and learning environments, escalating issues where needed
  • Support equipment availability and general training logistics
  • Assist with facility tours and stakeholder engagement
  • Track attendance and support reporting and data accuracy
  • Provide support to Training Duty Leads and contribute to continuous improvement
