As part of the Ecommerce & Platforms leadership community, the Senior Supplier & Performance Manager is responsible for establishing and leading supplier governance, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and performance frameworks across the E&P directorate. This role ensures that strategic suppliers deliver maximum value, performance, innovation and compliance across key digital and platform domains, including Indirect Platforms, Offer & Order, Digital Marketing & Content, Payments, CRM, Agent UI and ba.com. This role sets the operating model and standards that delivery teams use to manage suppliers effectively, driving strong commercial discipline, transparency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead supplier governance across E&P by designing and owning a consistent supplier operating model, standards and review cadence.
- Own strategic Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) for all key E&P suppliers, building strong seniorâlevel relationships to influence outcomes, innovation and longâterm value.
- Drive supplier performance, value and commercial outcomes, ensuring contractual commitments, KPIs and service outcomes are met.
- Provide performance insight, risk management and remediation through dashboards, governance forums and structured improvement plans.
- Oversee supplier risk, compliance and assurance across security, privacy, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Influence senior leaders and embed bestâpractice supplier management, commercial discipline and performance monitoring across delivery teams.

- Experience working in complex digital, technology or platform environments.
- Knowledge of Agile / SAFe delivery environments (desirable).
