We are currently hiring for multiple Product Owner and Senior Product Owner roles across key product domains, including Involuntary Servicing, Ready to Fly & Online Check‑in, Payments, Customer Hub & Help. The role is within the Commercial directorate, focusing on ba.com and the British Airways mobile app – core customer‑facing platforms that influence customer experience and commercial performance.
What you’ll do:
- Own product execution for customer‑facing website and app features
- Define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with business and customer needs
- Prioritise and refine the backlog to guide development and design teams
- Work closely with offshore development teams to plan sprints and maintain delivery cadence
- Collaborate with design and research teams to incorporate user‑centred design into delivery
- Use digital analytics tools to assess performance and inform prioritisation
- Manage dependencies including those related to airline offer and order management systems
- Gather and act on customer feedback throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor product performance and return on investment
- Communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies
- Approve artefacts moving into production and ensure quality standards
- Participate in agile ceremonies to support effective team working
