This team plays a critical role in shaping our financial strategy—providing the insight, planning, and analysis that guide everything from day-to-day operations to long-term investment decisions. What you’ll do
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across multiple business areas
- Oversee accruals and ensure robust financial reporting during month-end cycles
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support key decisions
- Analyse performance and uncover opportunities to improve profitability
- Deliver scenario planning and modelling to support strategic initiatives
- Partner with Finance Business Partners to provide insightful month-end commentary
- Support business case development and challenge assumptions with confidence
- Drive improvements in financial processes, championing automation and efficiency
- Provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership
- Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them grow their careers

Your experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Solid experience in FP&A or financial planning roles
- Strong understanding of forecasting cycles and business performance drivers
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of IFRS/accounting standards
- Experience with tools such as SAP, Anaplan, or Power BI
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
