Join our Finance team at British Airways as a Finance & Supplier Performance Manager for Latin America, where you’ll take on a key role supporting financial compliance and supplier performance across the region. Working across multiple countries, you’ll ensure financial, tax and regulatory requirements are met, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. This is a varied role with exposure across finance, compliance and supplier management in a multi‑country environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead financial and compliance activity across multiple Latin American countries, ensuring all obligations are met accurately and on time.
  • Manage relationships with third‑party providers, including tax advisors and accounting firms, to support day‑to‑day operations and compliance.
  • Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting requirements across the region.
  • Stay up to date with local tax legislation, ensuring accurate filings and adherence to country‑specific requirements.
  • Work closely with Finance, Treasury and shared service teams to ensure aligned and efficient processes.
  • Support audits, regulatory requests and other compliance activities across the region.

Your Experience

  • Experience working in finance, accounting or tax within a multi‑country or regional environment.
  • Understanding of tax and fiscal requirements across Latin America.
  • Experience working with third‑party suppliers or external advisors.
  • Familiarity with finance systems such as SAP and strong MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • A degree in Finance or a related field.

Given the international scope of the role and the fact that English is the working language, applications should be submitted with a CV in English. The role will be subject to a local employment contract in Brazil (CLTC). Please note that candidates must have the legal right to work in Brazil at the time of hire and all interviews will be conducted in English.
