Working with Product, Digital and Commercial teams, you'll use customer, digital and commercial data to uncover opportunities, solve problems and influence decisions. Whether it's understanding customer behaviour, improving a digital journey or testing a new idea, your insights will help create better experiences for our customers and better outcomes for the business.
What you'll do:
- Improve customer journeys across BA.com and the British Airways app.
- Use data from analytics tools, customer research, surveys and session replays to uncover actionable insights.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing to help teams learn what works best.
- Turn business questions into clear analysis and practical recommendations.
- Spot opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion and digital performance.
- Deliver insight, reporting and forecasting to support key business decisions.
- Bring data to life through engaging storytelling and stakeholder presentations.
- Leverage AI-driven tools to transform analytical processes, generate actionable insights and provide data-led recommendations.
