The role involves delivering insights into the technical performance of the fleet and components through the development of detailed dashboards, trend and statistical analysis of technical and quality data in support of strategic, business and operational decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards for the business area, ensuring they provide all the information required by managers to make informed decisions, and that the data is delivered in the most efficient manner.
- Analyse the data within the Technical team and clearly communicate key insights to support decision-makers in the business area.
- Monitor business processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure high-quality communication takes place with all stakeholders, suppliers and customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the business area and key stakeholders.
- Provide project management support to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, quality and cost.
- Support the development of a high-performance team and culture, in line with the company Hallmarks and Commitments.
- Manage and deliver multiple lease returns.
- Conduct detailed review of aircraft technical documentation and understand their operational implications.
- Validate and interpret aircraft documentation (AD’s, SB’s, AMM’s, EASA/CAA Form 1’s) ensuring regulatory compliance.
