Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of projects from the transformation roadmap, ensuring successful implementation and transition to BA's operations.
- Coordinate cross-business teams, manage dependencies, and drive progress to milestones.
- Plan and control schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource needs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Maintain robust financial controls and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders as a trusted partner.
- Ensure outcomes meet scope, budget, timescales, and internal control requirements.
- Support broader programme management and PMO activities when required.
- Key requirements
- Extensive project management experience across complex initiatives.
- Professional PMO qualification preferred (MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, Mo P, P3O or similar).
- Degree or equivalent experience beneficial but not essential.
- Experience with Agile methods; SAFe desirable.
- Aviation industry experience preferred.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules and risks; lead teams in a matrix environment; influence at all levels.
