Overview
In this Senior FP&A role, you will lead cashflow and working capital forecasting for British Airways, turning data into actionable insights to support decision-making. You’ll partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax and Fleet teams across BA and the IAG Group, shaping how we plan and manage liquidity. The role combines analytical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration to improve forecasting processes and promote best practice. Responsibilities
- Lead the cashflow and working capital forecasting process, including reporting and analysis
- Review, challenge and consolidate forecasts to improve accuracy
- Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax and Fleet teams across BA and IAG
- Forecast overseas cash balances and support foreign currency cash management activities
- Explain cashflow performance and movements to Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
- Improve forecasting processes through smarter, more data-driven approaches
- Promote best practice across Finance and help build capability within the team
