As Health Surveillance Manager, you will lead the Health Centre team and oversee health surveillance services across British Airways. You will ensure clinical standards, governance, and regulatory compliance while partnering with business areas to address occupational health needs. The role focuses on planning, delivering, and improving health surveillance activities and data-driven service quality. Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Health Centre team, ensuring training and equipment for high-quality care
- Manage health surveillance programmes, planning, delivery, and recording in line with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with business areas to identify OH requirements and manage health risks
- Oversee clinic scheduling, resource planning and clinical governance to ensure smooth service delivery
- Review data to identify trends and implement improvements to quality, compliance and ways of working

- Degree in SCPHN with Part 3 NMC registration (essential)
- Minimum 5 years post-NMC Registration experience (desirable)
- Broad OH nursing experience, preferably in Aviation (desirable)
- Experience leading OH procedures, protocols and services
- Understanding of regulatory and legal constraints in medical processes (essential)
