You’ll be joining our Digital directorate, leading a team of Solution Architects embedded within delivery squads across our customer journeys. This role is central to shaping the future of our technology landscape, overseeing up to £400m of IT investment and driving the transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable architecture.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a team of Solution Architects, providing strategic and technical direction across multiple domains.
- Drive innovation and pragmatic decision-making to deliver step-change in architecture and technology.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions, influencing and collaborating with senior leaders across the organisation.
- Lead all aspects of the definition and delivery of architecture roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical needs.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, including Product teams, Engineering, Cyber Security, and external partners.

- Strong background in application development, integration, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- Experience collaborating with leaders at a senior level, up to C-suite is essential.
- Aviation knowledge would be advantageous.
